MOBICAST GRASS BLOCK RANGE
Mobicast has a large range off grass blocks, for all our client’s specific needs. Some blocks are inhouse developed and others are manufactured under license from Terraforce (Terraforce Retaining Walls) and Loffelstein. The range includes the following:
1. Diamond Grass Block
These units are the latest in the range of Mobicast’s generic grass blocks. It is a neat grass block with various applications such as driveways, parking areas, walkways etc.
2. Terracrete blocks from Terraforce
The units can be laid in different patterns and may be used with or without ground anchors for the lining of riverbanks and other areas subjects to soil erosion. The paving of grassed roads and parking areas, as well as the stabilising of steep embankments such as bridge abutments, can be undertaken with these versatile blocks.
3. Terrafix blocks from Terraforce
These units are interlocking environmentally acceptable element made of high strength concrete. It was specifically designed to provide a flexible lining where cost-effective protection against wind and water erosion is required. Applications include: 1. Embankments and slope stabilisation, 2. Riverbank and shoreline protection, 3. Stormwater control and spillways
